I tried to reproduce your problem. I opened extension, then searched "bleach" and landed on screen with anime entries...
Next time provide specific steps to reproduce (distinguishable anime name and maybe episode). Make sure you check the site since extension gets information from there, if its not on site its not in extension.
For examaple "BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Conflict" is dubbed only up to episode 8 and subs is already on 12

Anya server is currently unavailable due to cloudflare.
That could be the problem. Tell me anime name and episode or check the site yourself. If there isnt dub on site then we need to wait for it to get dubbed.

There is Aniplay 14.10 English (working) and Aniplay 14.11 Italiano (totaly broken) make sure you have the English 14.10 version
