This can probably be adapted from the torrentio extension, which uses the torrentio stremio addon. Stremio addons require no configuration other than the URL.

This would be a generalised addon that can take any stremio addon URL.

Acknowledgements

I have searched the existing issues and this is a new ticket, NOT a duplicate or related to another open or closed issue.
I have written a title with source name.
I have checked that the extension does not already exist by searching the GitHub repository and verified it does not appear in the code base.
