Open a video, check hosts, and mostly only this, the one in screenshot

Expected behavior

At least 8 hosts to appear as in screenshot (screenshot couldn't take all 8)

Edit: Sorry, it's my bad. I haven't noticed some hosts were disabled in settings for me. But still as I said, this doesn't change much. There are still missing hosts and mp4upload one isn't working.
