I dont think this is issue with extension but the app itself.
Also Android 15 qpr2 is beta version so not sure if somebody wants to fix this small issue.
I tested with fresh android 16 and extensions installs flawlessly.
Make sure aniyomi got the right permissions like install other apps (check in android settings).
